PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

"ALWAYS BE A PRO"

PURPOSE

To help develop players spiritual and personal growth through: 

  • Character Building

  • Economic Development

  • Community Development

​

CHARACTER BUILDING

  • Weekly spiritual basic devotions 

  • Develop players' self-image and the way they present themselves on and off the field 

​

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

  • Provide job opportunities for those who need them 

  • Provide financial and credit workshop 

  • Give guidance to players on continuing education and job certification programs

​

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

  • Focus on the importance of giving back to the community 

  • Cats Kids Mentoring Program: Our players will mentor kids from the 3D CHAMPS Youth Athletic Program

  • Cats Kids Reading Program: Encourages each kid to read 20-minutes per day, 5-days a week 

    • The kids that complete the required reading minutes each month, will receive a prize from our Mentoring Program sponsor 

  • Cats Volunteer Program: The Cats players will volunteer their time to help 3D CHAMPS youth with athletic training and development
